RETURN POLICY: Molly & Me hope that you have enjoyed your shopping experience. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchases, please let us know. Once we have heard from you, you can then ship us your item(s) and we will be happy to exchange them or issue you a refund. We offer all customers 14 days to return or exchange purchase(s). Returns will be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. Please note Clearance items have no returns unless faulty.

10% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: A 10% Administrative fee will be charged and deducted from all returns, unless a return is made due to our error.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: Please contact Molly & Me within 48 hours of receipt of your products, for any damaged or shortage of items purchased. If your package has been visibly damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately. Damaged or faulty goods will be refunded in full (including Postage) or goods exchanged.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES: We use Australia Post as our shipping method and orders will be shipped every Tuesday and Friday by either Regular or Express Post. We have a shipping rate of $7.95 for Regular Post and $9.95 for Express Post. An email confirmation stating your order has been Completed will be sent when your order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders take between 3-5 days although have been known to take up to 14 days. Please Note: We are situated in Country WA and postage may take a day longer than normal.
